Pinnacle Surgical Group, PLLC provides out-of-network care. Cosmetic procedures are generally paid for directly. The office can explain consultation charges and prepare an estimate after the proposed treatment is defined.
What is included?
- Surgeon’s fee and the specific areas or procedures covered.
- Facility and anesthesia charges.
- Garments, medicines, testing or pathology, when applicable.
- Routine follow-up and the policy for additional care.
- Payment timing, cancellations and rescheduling terms.
When there is a functional concern
If a procedure is being considered for symptoms or functional problems, ask your insurer about its criteria and out-of-network benefits. Obtain clarification before scheduling; an authorization or estimate is not a guarantee of payment.
Support that fits your care
Ask the office to explain the follow-up arrangements and any additional service fees in your proposed plan. Your questions should be answered before you commit to treatment.
