An arm lift, or brachioplasty, removes excess upper-arm skin and may include removal of fat. The location and length of the incision depend on where the excess tissue lies and how far it extends.

Liposuction may be considered when localized fullness is the main concern, but removing fat does not reliably solve substantial skin excess. Discuss the expected contour benefit alongside the permanent scar.
